We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated high value/luxury agent for the Naples market. This is an exceptional multi-income stream, commission-based opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in high end luxury homes. At LV Maxim, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate real estate transactions and achieve their goals. Do you have a pipeline of clients with highly appreciated homes. Responsibilities:
- Work in-house generated deals wherein the clients are ready, willing, and able to sell. On the sell side, home values are typically in the $1M to $20M range.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, including property values, market trends, and demographics, to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients. In depth knowledge of the Naples luxury/high value market.
- Actively prospect and generate leads while working in-house deals.
- Guide clients through the entire residential property sale process.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent. Proven track record of successfully closing high value real estate deals.
- Ability to understand clearly understand your clients goals and defining a strategy that best meets those goals.
- Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret market data and provide strategic advice.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and other relevant real estate tools.
- Current, active and in good standing real estate license.
Pay:
$125,000.00 – $450,000.00 per year
