Our Process Is Simple

If your listing prequalifies, you will be given access to our listing submission portal. Here you or your seller will need to provide additional information about the seller and the property.

We will review the information and determine if we can reduce, defer, or eliminate the capital gain taxes associated with the sale of the property. We will email you our proposal to present to your seller.

Step 4

If the seller approves, we will set up a consultation to answer any questions the seller may have and discuss in detail the tax mitigation strategy. If the seller agrees to move forward, we immediately began to implement the tax mitigation strategy and send you our fee agreement. You continue to market the listing as normal.

Once the listing sales, our fee becomes due.

No, the seller does not pay for our service. We sign a simple agreement with the listing agent and is not apart of the real estate settlement. Our fee for this service is 35% of the agents commission payable within 72 hours of closing.

For non affiliated agents we only work with you if you have a signed active listing.
