Florida Senior Residential Agent

LV Maxim Group LLC is a residential and commercial real estate brokerage that focuses on high value residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated senior realtor for the State of Florida. This is an exceptional multi-income stream, commission-based opportunity for an agent with a track record of success who has developed relationships over the years with high value clients and other industry professionals. In this position, you will also be a direct conduit between other agents and the brokerage.

Responsibilities:

• Work in-house generated deals wherein the clients are ready, willing, and able to sell. On the sell side, home values are typically in the $1M to $20M range.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, including property values, market trends, and demographics, to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
• Actively prospect and generate leads while working in-house deals.
• Guide clients through the entire residential property sale process.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and relevant legal requirements.
• Meet weekly with broker and management to discuss operations, trends, agent needs, and listing.
• Give input to management and broker regarding hiring of agents.
• Help manage MLS operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent. Proven track record of successfully closing high value real estate deals.
• Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret market data and provide strategic advice.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and other relevant real estate tools.
• Current, active and in good standing real estate license.

Pay:

$250,000.00 – $450,000.00 per year
